From Inner Seed to Global System — A Timeline of Becoming
🌱 1991–1993: The First Spark
As a pre-degree student in a small town in Kerala, I quietly discovered something powerful:
You can live meaningfully and joyfully, even with limited resources — if your mind, intention, and actions are in alignment.
Despite my humble background, I found happiness and clarity — and dreamed of starting an NGO to help people live better.
The seed was planted. The soil was still growing.
🕯️ 1998: The Walk That Changed Everything
One day, an eye injury took me to the hospital.
And I had to walk back. Alone. Under the blazing sun.
No one walked with me — not friends, not colleagues.
That loneliness struck deeper than pain.
“No one should ever walk alone.”
This became the emotional ignition behind a vision I hadn't yet named.
👶 2004: The Birth of My Son — and the Rebirth of My Mission
His birth reminded me: I wasn’t living my truth.
So I vowed —
“I must build a system that I can live by, and one day, pass to him.”
It wasn’t a project.
It was a sacred responsibility.
🌿 2006: TWG — Together We Grow
I gave it a name: TWG.
A personal experiment in systems thinking, inner growth, and service.
I read, researched, reflected…
But the world didn’t slow down. Life pressed in.
🌀 2007: The Pause That Hurt — and Healed
After a period of deep emotional strain, I halted the formal research.
But I didn’t stop evolving.
I lived the ideas, quietly.
The inner work never stopped. The silence became a teacher.
💔 2012: Breakdown Before Breakthrough
Workaholism and perfectionism took a toll. I collapsed physically.
Tuberculosis became my initiation.
I dropped the project, again.
But the insight… it stayed.
In every breakdown, something deeper survives.
📚 2015–2016: The Author Awakens
I wrote my first book: The Joy of Innovation.
The act of writing was an act of remembering.
I returned to corporate life — but now, I lived what I taught.
I didn’t teach to perform. I wrote to embody.
🎯 2022: The Decision That Changed Everything
In 2022, I made a choice that shifted my entire trajectory —
to pursue executive education at UCLA.
It wasn’t just about credentials.
It was about finally saying yes to the leader I knew I could become.
This decision ignited a new era of clarity, courage, and creation.
I wasn’t chasing titles.
I was reclaiming my original voice — and preparing to build the system I was born to share.
🔁 2023–2024: TWG Returns, Bigger Than Ever
I began my journey at UCLA’s Executive Program.
Surrounded by global peers and world-class faculty,
I didn’t just learn — I remembered.
As part of my capstone, I revived TWG — now called:
TWG 2023–24 AB (And Beyond)
Not just a personal mission…
But a planetary contribution in the making.
⚛️ January 2024: QLX Is Born
TWG evolved into something higher:
QLX — Quantum Leaps in X™
A transformation system that realigns identity, energy, mindset, and mission — across life, career, family, and legacy.
This became QLX 1 — the Traditional, Purpose-Led Model.
📚 April 2025: A Dream in Digital — 10 Transformational Books Released
After more than 20 years of research, integration, and soul-aligned experimentation,
I released the first digital edition of 10 QLX1 books —

These books are not content.

Then came the breaking…
When I felt I was failing — deeply, miserably —
And no one seemed interested in QLX.
So I did the only thing left to do:
I surrendered to Life.
And in that surrender… the field responded.
QLX 2 was revealed —
A more fluid, alive, and truth-based version of what was always meant to be.
