Even more tragically — they *stop believing* in the infinite potential within themselves.
Instead of embracing life as a vast field of emergence, they reduce it to a simple equation:

But ironically, to experience true happiness and peace — *we don’t need anything more*.
*We only need to remember who we truly are.*
We are divine beings.
We are not fragments — we are frequency.
We are not just particles — we are the field.
Entangled with the origin source, capable of creating what we truly desire.
*So why do we limit ourselves?*
Because somewhere along the way, we began *interpreting our childhood experiences through pain, fear, and lack.*
We gave those moments limiting meanings — and those meanings became our inner stories.
And that’s where transformation begins.
*Transformation is not fixing your past*. It’s giving your past a new meaning.
A meaning rooted in *awareness, possibility, and co-creation.*
There is no absolute right or wrong — only the best we can embrace in the moment we’re in.
And the knowing that we can always expand later.
We are here not just to build careers or leave a legacy at the end.

From Red-Eyed to Reborn: The Day I Knew I Had to Build QLX
Some of my friends and colleagues still believe I left my role at Citi because I didn’t like the job… Or that I was under pressure… Or that I could afford to take risks because my wife is a manager at a prestigious bank
But none of that is the full story. The truth is — I didn’t leave Citi to escape something. I left because I had spent 20 years building something I couldn’t ignore anymore. A system. A structure. *A path I call QLX — a framework to bring clarity, direction, and purpose to life*. Not just for me… but for anyone who’s ever asked: Is this really all there is? A Moment I’ll Never Forget My first job involved managing Indian Railways across five districts in Kerala. One evening, while returning from Alappuzha to Kochi by train, a dust particle entered my eye. At first, it was just irritation. But the next morning, my *left eye was completely red and swollen. I couldn’t even open it.* I still went to work. Everyone was busy with their clients. One senior casually told me, “*Go to the hospital.”* So I walked there… alone. By noon, I was walking back under the scorching sun, one eye shut from the ointment. It hurt — physically and emotionally. That was the first time I went to a hospital alone. And the first time I truly felt what it meant to not be supported. That day, I cried — not just from the pain, but from the realization: Everyone is on their own path, but that doesn't mean we should walk alone.
That moment stayed with me for years. When I started to design my life system, I called it *“TWG” — Together We Grow.* Later, it evolved into QLX — a quantum system not just for achievement, but for alignment. A field where no one walks alone, and clarity is not a privilege — it’s a right. So no, I didn’t leave a great job to *“try something new.”* I left to live what I was born to build. From Sympathy to Signal: How Quantum Empathy Unlocks Co-Creation

Sometimes, people tell me: “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐲𝐚𝐧”
But I’ve never felt that way.
For me, these aren’t just ideas.
They are realities I’m experiencing—or longing to experience.
Not because I’m special or wise.

I’ve come to realize that life is not just about taking action based on logic or urgency.
There’s something deeper—a silent field, a flow, a force—
that we can feel when we slow down and listen.
Earlier, I dismissed prayer, rituals, or lighting a diya as a waste of time.
Now, I see them as portals of presence—ways to tune myself to a greater harmony.
I no longer chase results the way I used to.
Instead, I align with who I am becoming…
…and I trust that what’s meant for me will find its way—through people, ideas, or opportunities.
What might seem abstract to others has become home to me.
It’s not philosophy.
It’s life, unfolding through energy, identity, and meaning.

💬 What My Amma Reminded Me at My Lowest Point
We are going through the toughest phase in our life. I took a bold decision to pursue 𝐔𝐂𝐋𝐀 𝐏𝐆𝐏𝐗 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at the age of 𝟰𝟴, and then subsequently resigned from my role as 𝐕𝐏 at Citi to design and build 𝗤𝗟𝗫 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.
Even though I am progressing well in that direction, some external realities really got hit. I had belief and expectation that people would welcome the system, and by following it, they would take their life to new dimensions in various aspects of their life.
Now, the situation 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗶𝘁. That landed me into a huge financial challenge temporarily.
I had an inspiring and empowering talk with 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, who reminded me that, till date, neither my parents nor anyone ever advised me on what to do in my life. But I made all the decisions myself and turned them into reality with the support of others.
I completed engineering and progressed till VP at Citi. I built two houses—one in my hometown and another in Kochi city. I supported my parents in taking care of the marriages of my two sisters. I helped my relatives and others in whatever way I could.
𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧.
The decision to design and build QLX by quitting my job was mine, and 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁.
My mother reminded me again: 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐣𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐝𝐨. "𝐓𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞—𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐎𝐊. Don’t worry about what other people think. 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐮𝐭𝐲."
Her support gave me new energy and power to pursue my dream with more curiosity and enthusiasm.
I now know that 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥—𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲. Still, I have no regrets or apologies for my decisions. I am only sad because my family—my parents, wife, and kids—are going through pain, frustration, and discomfort as an impact of my decisions.

Why I Built QLX – Not One, But Many Reasons
Some journeys begin with a single moment.
Mine began with many.
Yesterday, I lost my sister, Cinthol — my mother's brother's daughter. This is a deeply personal and painful time for our family. She was so much more than what any article can capture: a devoted teacher, a kind soul, and someone who touched many lives with her presence.
A few years ago, I lost another sister Divya - My father's sister's daughter— just 33.
She suffered deeply — not from visible wounds, but from silent sorrows that time and pain carved into her being, eventually manifesting as liver cirrhosis.
And before that… I lost three dear friends Rajesh, Subhamol & Ravi, all (except Divya) to suicide.
Each time, something broke inside me.
Each time, something deeper awakened.
💔 I saw how people suffer in silence.
💔 How emotional trauma can turn into physical disease.
💔 How even the brightest lights can burn out unseen.
💔 How systems fail — not just externally, but within.
But from that heartbreak came a deeper clarity —
We don’t need more performance. We need more presence.
We don’t need fixing. We need remembering.
This is why I built QLX —
Not for one reason,
But for every soul that ever whispered, “Is there more?”

Two days ago, her name came to my mind.

But this time… I didn’t.
I was tired. I felt a strange uneasiness last night and went to bed early.
I didn’t know what it meant.
This morning, I heard the news.
She had taken her life — in the river near our home.
Shock.
Sadness.
And then the flood of “what ifs.”
“If I had just called… maybe…”
But as I sat with the grief, a quiet truth emerged:
No one can save anyone who isn’t ready to save themselves.
Readiness is a doorway only the individual can open.
We can love, we can support, we can pray — but we cannot carry someone across a threshold they have not chosen to cross.
Still, it hurts.
She suffered deeply — not from visible wounds, but from the silent ones that time and sorrow etched into her body.
And now… she's gone.

When I was in 4th standard, I stood on stage every morning and led my school in the pledge:

Back then, I learned that India was called a developing nation — even a third world country.
I understood there were countries with better infrastructure, systems, and living standards.
And as a child, I simply accepted it.
🌍 Later, as I grew, I encountered the timeless wisdom of 𝐕𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐯𝐚 𝐊𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐦 —
the idea that “𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆.”
This philosophy stirred something deep in me.
✈️ My career took me to places like the UK, US, Singapore, and Tokyo.
There, I experienced first-hand what “𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐝” could mean:
not just skyscrapers or speed, but a sense of dignity, organization, social equity, and respect for systems.
It wasn’t perfect — but it was different.
It made me reflect on India’s own path.
In our homeland, the legacy of caste, patriarchy, and structural inequality still affects how people live, dream, and rise.
But I’ve always believed that India’s destiny isn’t to copy the West —

💠 To evolve a new culture of consciousness, not just consumption.

💡 “I didn’t learn transformation from books. I learned it inside crashing systems.”
In 1999, I was posted to NTPC as a software engineer.
What no one knew?
My only coding experience was a college project.
And I was now responsible for running live enterprise-wide applications — in production. No dev server. No testing team.
Just me… and fear.
That first month, I barely slept.
But something happened. I adapted.
I studied at night, experimented during the day, fixed what broke, and built what was missing.
Within 3 months, I was managing, coding, testing, and deploying applications solo — even recovering from crashes without hurting clients.
I didn’t have a safety net.
So I became my own system — resilient, curious, and awake.
As I moved through roles — hardware, software, database, UNIX, project management — one thing hit me hard:
🎯 Most people live in silos.
They only see their world. Their job. Their pain.
But when I became a DBA, I saw something different.
I realized:
🌱 Each human is truly unique.
Not just in skills — but in context, conditioning, and capacity.
Your story, your struggles, your signal — they shape how you see, build, and lead.
And unless we design systems that honor this uniqueness…
We’ll keep building machines, not movements.
That’s why I created QLX.
Not as a framework to teach.
But as a living system to help people remember who they are — and lead from it.

When I first began building QLX, I was proud — and honestly, I wanted to show it to the world.
There was an unconscious desire to prove something...
To be seen. To be validated. To be celebrated for the vision I carried.
But over time, something shifted.
I have truly understood the Jain philosophy of Anekāntavāda — the principle of multiperspectiveness.
It taught me this:
✨ No one can see the absolute truth.
What we each see is a reflection of our own reality — our version of the truth.
So why prove?
Why push others to see what they are not ready to see?
Whether it’s your partner, your kids, your parents, or your manager —
Their lack of understanding doesn’t diminish your coherence.
It simply means:

When I reflect on my career, a pattern becomes clear:
I’ve always become the identity before I received the title.
✅ I was a software developer who learned database and UNIX administration — and then became a DBA.
✅ As a DBA, I studied project management, got certified, and embodied the PM mindset — before ever being appointed.
✅ Even when others said, “You’re too emotional for a PM role,” — I didn’t fight them. I simply became the role, somewhere else.
And now, I’m walking the path of entrepreneur and author.
But here’s the truth:

I come from a very humble background. 🛖
Our house was small — but our hearts were full. ❤️
I was raised in a home surrounded by love: grandparents, parents, sisters, uncle, aunts… all under one roof.
We didn’t have electricity.
No tiled floors. No polished walls.
The floor was plastered with cow dung, and the outer walls with soil. 🌱🧱
But when water was gently sprayed over them…
the fragrance that rose 🌧️🌾
—it wasn’t just earthy — it was divine. ✨
A scent so rich, so pure…
you’d want to carry it in your soul for the rest of your life.
We didn’t have luxuries — but we had presence. 🕊️
I never wore chappals. I didn’t ask for toys.
I was happy — wildly, freely, completely.
My playground was nature itself. 🌿
I walked barefoot through paddy fields 🌾
Bathed in ponds 💧
Danced in the small streams near my home
And when it rained… I was the happiest child alive.
I’d create little bunds, build water paths, and let joy lead me.
Our home was surrounded by coconut trees 🥥, mango trees , and a sacred surppakavu grove — all lush, all alive.
Every corner of that world was sacred to me.
And even now, I know…
those were the best days of my life.
Days I long to return to.
Not to escape the present — but to remember:
Simplicity is not poverty.
It is presence. 🌸
Later, as I grew up, my thoughts shifted.
At times, I saw those raw, unpolished things as "crude" or "uncivilized." 🪨
But I had lived in that space.
Loved it.
Felt peace within it. 🌿🕊️
So how could it ever be less beautiful?
I realized…
Everything is perspective. 👁️
Nothing is inherently good or bad. ⚖️
It all depends on how we choose to see — and more importantly, how we choose to be. 🌱
And now I know:
The key to life isn’t what we have —
It’s how we embrace each moment…
Without prejudice.
Without projection.
Without forgetting the fragrance that shaped us. 🌾💫

Over the last two years, I’ve walked through fire and fog—not to escape anything, but to become who I truly am. And I used my own system to do it.
Here’s how the 𝐏𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒™ 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 helped me birth QLX 1, and eventually, QLX 2 – the Quantum Version.
🅿️ P – Pinpoint the Gaps
At first, I wasn’t clear on anything:
Who I was becoming
What I was building
Why it mattered so much
What outcome I truly desired
How I’d make it real
What I needed to do now
The clarity gaps weren’t logistical. They were identity-level.
Pinpointing them was the first act of inner truth.
🅸 I – Identify My Procrastination Persona
I was the Perfectionist Performer — refining endlessly, waiting until everything was “ready.”
But I shifted.
I chose courage over polish. Intention over delay.
And I began to share, publish, and transmit—even imperfectly.
That shift unlocked flow.
🅻 L – Leverage Micro-Pathing
I stopped aiming for massive milestones.
Instead, I created:
One framework a day
One diagram while traveling
One tool while resting
These micro-moves built the QLX System in real time.
The system was never theoretical—it was lived into existence.
🅻 L – Limit the Leaks
I had too many ideas. Too much passion. Too much open energy.
But I made the hard choice to focus.
I said no to other distractions—even when it hurt—because QLX needed to be born with purity.
That discipline was costly… but it gave birth to coherence.

To stay steady, I designed my own rituals:

The Weight Behind the Heart 💖
Today was a critical day in my life.
Not because something extraordinary happened outside —
but because of what cracked open inside.
This morning, while taking a bath, I felt an intense pain just behind my heart.
Not a cardiac emergency — but a field signal I couldn’t ignore.
A visceral reminder of the weight I’ve been silently carrying.
The weight of leaving a secure job at Citi…
The weight of walking away from a known title — to walk toward an unknown truth.
The weight of 20+ years of research, longing, experiments, and vision.
I didn’t become an entrepreneur on a whim.
It was the outcome of decades of inner work, study, and a burning need to build a human transformation system that could help people remember:
"Your life is not broken. It’s brimming with possibility — if you dare to lead it from purpose."
I left Citi to pursue executive education at UCLA, and dedicated my capstone project to build something that would become the QLX System™ — a structure for purpose-driven transformation.
Everyone around me thought I’d lost my mind.
Except my mother — who believed in me quietly.
Later, my wife — who now stands by me with strength and love.
A few dear friends stood by — thank you. Your quiet presence & support meant everything.
Others? Still on the other side of the wall.
I thought once I built QLX, people would support, share, collaborate.
But the silence that followed was louder than any applause.
Friends stopped replying. Calls went unanswered.
Many suggested I “go back to a job” until things “settled.”
But how do you explain to someone that your soul cannot settle — until the vision is lived?
Ironically, QLX 2 — the Quantum version — only emerged when I had lost all hope.
Not when I was pushing..
But when I surrendered.
And in that surrender, it came to me —
